What's new in Exchange 2010 ?

I know we are all talking about the new features of Exchange 2010 for a while now. Recently Microsoft has given a quick view about the exchange 2010 feature comparison with Exchange Server 2007 and Exchange Server 2003.

The comparison have been split into three major feature categories, which are Protection and Compliance, Anywhere Access and Flexible and Reliable.
